TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
1. Doing the ground survey, the static calculations and projets have been established inaccordance with the results reached.
2. The iron to be used in construction is ribbed to world standarts and TSE regestered.
3. The concrete to be used is C 20 readey to use mixed concrete.
4. The roof will be insulated against water and head.
5. The balustrades of the balconies will be hand forged iron and wood.
6. Exterior windows and doors are double glazed with heat insulation.
7. The windowledges will be marble.
8. The side elevations of the villa include natural stone and silicon paint
9. Exterior doors and windows will be made of first class UPVC in white color.
10. The interior doors will be made of wood and the entry door will be steel.
11. The floor coverings will be first class local ceramics.
12. The walls in the bathrooms will be first class local
13. The interier staris will be covered with marble and the rails will be made of hand.
14. The coating on the walls and ceilings are satin paint over satin plaster.
15. Spacious fitted kitchen with units made from high quality wood with marble work surfaces, splash back and floor tiled in local ceramics.
16. The mounting units for the plumbing are all TSE registered.
17. The lines for the installation of the heating system and air conditioning will have been established and ready to be mounted.
18. In each room there will be sockets for electric, TV and telephone.
19. On the roof there will be closed circuit solar systems.
20. There will be enough lines for the lighting on the ceilings and the wals of the rooms.
21. The installation and the mounting units for the electicity will be TSE registered.
22. The swimming pool will be ready for use. The walking area that surrounds the pool will be made of first class local ceramics or traverten.
23. The garden will be loud to lawn.
24. All parcel walls will be built with natural stone.
25. The main entrace door will have an automaticly operated sensor light.
